Staffan Hillberg serves as Chairman at Millow, the Swedish food-tech company pioneering a new generation of mycelium-based meat alternatives. Backed by over 25 years of scientific research, Millow’s innovation combines Nordic grains with mycelium to create clean-label, nutrient-dense protein that is minimally processed, binder-free, and highly sustainable.
