Millow Less Emissions Millow is committed to developing a sustainable meat analog that minimizes resource consumption through cutting-edge fermentation technology while maintaining the highest standards of quality, including taste and texture. Our S-units, also known as mycelium growth units, utilize minimal amounts of water and energy, resulting in a remarkable 97% reduction in emissions compared to beef and an 80% reduction compared to soy.
